About Our Candles
All our candles are made using a 100% vegetable/soy blended wax, incredibly unique fragrances and lead-free cotton and paper wicks. When properly burned, our candles will provide you with hours of sensory escape. As we strongly believe in smelling with our noses and not our eyes, none of our candles contain colorants or dyes. Therefore, any perceived color comes strictly from the raw materials used.

Proper Care of our Candles
Before lighting your Blackbox Whitebox candle, we suggest trimming the wick (usually to about ¼"). Keep wax pool free of debris, do not allow wick trimmings to collect in the candle. Always burn your candle on a flat surface for an even burn. Over time, and if subject to prolonged UV exposure (sunlight), our candles may appear to darken. Rest assured that this is normal and not a sign of a defective candle.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Place lit candles away from small children, pets, drafts and combustible materials. Always burn candles on a suitable heat resistant surface, avoiding direct placement on wood or plastic surfaces.

We recommend using a snuffer to prevent wax splatter and to keep wick centered. Under no circumstances should water be used to extinguish a flame.
